  1. What we do. KindPath Life, a brand of Upline Flow Solutions, LLC, is a marketing and referral service. We connect people who ask about life insurance with independent licensed insurance agents. We are not an insurance company, insurance agency or broker. We don't give insurance advice, provide quotes, or sell, issue or bind coverage.
  2. No guarantee. Submitting a request doesn't guarantee you'll be contacted, receive a quote, qualify for coverage or get any particular price. Coverage, prices and availability depend on the insurer, your answers to the insurer's questions, and your state.
  3. Agents are independent. Agents who contact you are independent of KindPath Life. They're responsible for their own advice, licensing and products. Your dealings with an agent or insurer are between you and them.
  4. No government affiliation. KindPath Life is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency or program.
  5. Your information. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and is your own. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use and share it.
  6. Contact and opt-out. When you submit a request, you agree we and one licensed agent may contact you about it as described in the form disclosure. You can opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy. Text messages: by opting in, you agree to receive texts about your request from KindPath Life and from the one licensed agent we connect you with. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  7. Website use. Don't misuse the site, submit false information, or try to access systems you're not allowed to.
  8. Disclaimers and limits of liability. The site and service are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, KindPath Life isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts of independent agents or insurers.
  9. Disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
