KindPath Life ("KindPath," "we," "us") is a brand of Upline Flow Solutions, LLC (1330 W Gray St, Unit 1, Tampa, FL 33606). We help people who ask about life insurance connect with licensed insurance agents. We are not an insurance company or insurance agency, and we don't sell insurance. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us in our Facebook or Instagram forms, by email or on our website: your name, phone number, email address, state of residence, the type of coverage you're interested in, and answers to a few questions about your request (for example, who the coverage is for and when you'd like it). We do not ask for health information, Social Security numbers or bank details.
- Request details from Meta (Facebook and Instagram): the form, ad and campaign you responded to, and the time you submitted it.
- Confirmation and activity records: whether and when you confirmed your request, your IP address and browser type when you visit our confirmation page, email opens and clicks, and your opt-out choices.
- Website data: basic technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics on this website. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
How we use your information
- to confirm your request and connect you with a licensed insurance agent in your state
- to contact you about your request by phone, text message or email
- to keep records that show you asked to be contacted and that we honored any opt-out
- to prevent fraud and duplicate requests, and to improve our service and advertising
- to comply with law
How we share your information
- With a licensed insurance agent or agency. When you confirm your request, we share your contact information and request details with one licensed agent or agency licensed in your state. That agent pays us for the referral. The agent will contact you to discuss your options and is responsible for their own handling of your information.
- With service providers who help us run our business, such as our lead management and email provider, our website host, and the UplineFlow software platform. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- With Meta, as part of running ads and lead forms on Facebook and Instagram, under Meta's own terms and policies.
- For legal reasons: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and safety.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not share it with more than one agent for the same request. We do not share text-messaging opt-in data or consent with any third party for their own marketing.
Your choices
- Stop contact: reply STOP to any text, click "unsubscribe" in any email, reply "remove me", email support@kindpathlife.com, or tell the agent who contacts you. We'll stop contacting you and tell the agent we shared your request with to stop too.
- Access, correction or deletion: email support@kindpathlife.com. We'll verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. Some records, like proof of your opt-out, we keep so we can honor it.
- State privacy rights: depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado or Connecticut), you may have rights to know, access, correct or delete your information, and to opt out of certain sharing. To make a request, email support@kindpathlife.com.
How long we keep information: we keep your request and contact records for as long as needed for the purposes above, and keep records of consent and opt-outs for 5 years to meet legal requirements.
Security: we use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure.
Children: our services are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes: we'll post any update on this page with a new effective date.
